People of Delhi have decided, that BJP’s ‘Lotus’ is set to bloom in the upcoming election

Bharatiya Janata Party National Spokesperson Shri Gaurav Bhatia addressed a press conference at the party's central office, on Wednesday. During the conference, Shri Bhatia unveiled facts exposing the corruption related to the Sheesh Mahal. He revealed that according to the documents related to Sheeshmahal, Madam CM i.e. then CM Arvind Kejriwal's wife gave permission to do 3.5 times more work than estimated in Sheeshmahal, which is a misuse of constitutional powers.Arvind Kejriwal should explain according to which provision in the constitution Chief Minister's wife can order government expenditure? Kejriwal must resign from his position as the National Convenor of the Aam Aadmi Party and Delhi Chief Minister Atishi should take action against Kejriwal for misuse of power.

Shri Bhatia stated that the people of Delhi have made up their minds, and BJP's ‘Lotus’ is about to bloom in the region. There is growing public discussion on key issues, and the BJP is also actively raising them. The primary focus is on the 'Sheesh Mahal,' which symbolizes Arvind Kejriwal's corruption, wrongdoings, and the VVIP culture. As Kejriwal's misdeeds come to light, he is resorting to his usual tactics and acting in the way he's known for. To sum it up: there will be a lot of noise, but then the culprit will quietly slip away, and that culprit is Kejriwal. (Sabse pehle bohot saara shor aayega aur uss shor ke peeche chup kar chor aayega, aur vo chor kejriwal hai.)

BJP National Spokesperson Shri Bhatia stated that it is well-known that an investigation is underway regarding the scam in the ‘Sheesh Mahal’. Initially, it was claimed that the scam was worth ₹50 crore on paper, but it has now emerged that money from Kejriwal's liquor business associates has also been invested in the ‘Sheesh Mahal’. Furthermore, contractors involved, for whom over-invoicing and spot tendering took place, as highlighted in the CAG report, have also invested their money in the ‘Sheesh Mahal’. A press conference will soon be held to present evidence and facts, showing that the liquor business associates, the contractors, and all of them view Kejriwal as their corrupt partner, and their black money has been funneled into the ‘Sheesh Mahal’.

Shri Bhatia stated that today, Sanjay Singh and minister in the Delhi government, Saurabh Bharadwaj, were creating a lot of noise. The questions the public is asking remain unanswered by Kejriwal. It is important to awaken the ‘Ghajni’ and expose the truth. (Ghajni ko jagaaya jaaye aur asliyat ko dikhaya jaaye)

BJP National Spokesperson Shri Bhatia presented an affidavit from Arvind Kejriwal dated June 3, 2013, in which Kejriwal stated, "I will not take a big bungalow and live in a simple house like an ordinary person." Shri Bhatia questioned whether Arvind Kejriwal should be questioned about this promise today. Will Kejriwal explain the commitments he made to the public?" While Kejriwal promised not to take a big bungalow, he has spent ₹50 crore on paper and invested ₹100 crore—black money from liquor traders and contractors—into building the ‘Sheesh Mahal’.

Shri Bhatia stated that on October 27, 2013, Arvind Kejriwal had tweeted, criticizing the then Chief Minister of Delhi, Sheila Dikshit, for having 10 ACs in her house, including in her washroom, and pointed out that the public was paying for her AC bills. Kejriwal had expressed his shock, saying it made his heart shudder to think that while 40% of Delhi’s population lived in slums, a Chief Minister could live in such a luxurious house. However, recent revelations showed that while Kejriwal had been disturbed by Sheila Dikshit’s 10 ACs, he would likely be even more disturbed to learn that the Sheesh Mahal had 50 indoor ACs installed throughout the house, including in the kitchen, toilet, washing area, and gym. Moreover, a 250-ton capacity central AC plant, equivalent to 250 ACs, had been installed. Have we been given the freedom in India's democracy to ask this question to the former chief minister, the ruthless, deceitful sinner and AAP convener, Arvind Kejriwal, about whose ill-gotten wealth these 300 ACs were installed?

BJP National Spokesperson Shri Bhatia, while showing a photo that provides all the details of where everything has been placed, stated that today the people of Delhi have realized that Arvind Kejriwal, who wears a loose blue shirt, not only has a loose shirt but also has a loose character. Kejriwal's character has become weak because he installed curtains worth ₹5.6 crore. The BJP today raises the question that the people of Delhi are also asking: what kind of curtain can hide Kejriwal's dishonesty, corruption, and ill-gotten wealth? Kejriwal has installed an 85-inch OLED TV, which is sure to be questioned. After indulging in corruption, Kejriwal's chest has shrunk to 25 inches, but he installed an 85-inch TV worth ₹64 lakh. The expenditure on sanitary installations is ₹15 crore, with lakhs spent on each toilet seat. But no matter whether it's a TOTO flush or any other, no flush in the world can clean the dirt, corruption, and filth that Arvind Kejriwal carries.

Shri Bhatia revealed facts about how Arvind Kejriwal, the corrupt leader, has used ₹80 to ₹100 crore of black money to build his Mahal of corruption. The former Chief Minister was Arvind Kejriwal and the power to decide what would be installed, who the contractor would be, and the renovations to be done in the Sheesh Mahal may lie with the Chief Minister and ministers, but the person who claimed to end VVIP culture, when the actual work exceeded the estimate, which was around ₹8 crore, and the cost increased by more than three times, who was giving approval for this increasing work? Common citizens might think that there would be an official, above whom is the minister, and above the minister, the Chief Minister. But it is not so. The file clearly states that approval for all these changes was given by ‘Madam CM’. BJP's question today is that Arvind Kejriwal swore to uphold the Constitution, abide by the law, and follow the CPWD manual. Kejriwal should clarify to the public which provision allows government expenditure to be authorized by the wife of a Chief Minister.

BJP National Spokesperson Shri Bhatia, taking full responsibility, stated that if he is wrong, he will apologize to Arvind Kejriwal. However, if Madam CM authorized the actions and the contract was extended, the people of Delhi have a question: why shouldn’t Arvind Kejriwal step down from his role as AAP convener and apologize to the public? This is also a breach of the Constitution. Furthermore, this question is directed towards Atishi Marlena. Atishi, as the Chief Minister today, if any past Chief Minister abused their power and violated the Constitution, it is her duty to take action. But is Atishi capable of doing so, or is she too bound by the chains of gratitude that restrain her, while letting the people of Delhi suffer?
