Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi addressed a huge crowd today gathered for Parivartan Rally at historic Gandhi Maidan, Gaya, Bihar. He first thanked all the NDA leaders present on the stage and paid gratitude to the huge and inestimable crowd coagulated for Parivartan Rally.
Swamped with cheers by massive public gathering in Rally, Prime Minister said that this unprecedented public support shows the trend of wave. Addressing the public meeting, Shri Narendra Modi said that he is clearly experiencing that the people of Bihar have made two decisions already: the first is to form a modern, powerful and new Bihar to change the fate of the state through development and second is to make a revulsion in power of the state.
He said that the people of Bihar undergone with arrogance, deceit and exploitation for 25 years and this election is an opportunity to get free themselves from the ‘Jungle Raaj’. He said that if the state returned to ‘Jungle Raaj’ Part-II again then Bihar youth’s future will be bleak and destroyed. Prime Minister said that an ego-free and ‘Jungle Raaj’-free government who believe in democratic system of the country and who help to grow the state must formulate in the state.
Highlighting the importance of the great cultural heritage of Bihar, Shri Narendra Modi said that even today, the discussion on the cultural history of India begins with the great past of Bihar. He said that Bihar gave the message of nonviolence to the World. He said that the holy land of Bihar is the land of science, culture, history, heroism and valor of the glorious past but those intoxicated by the power of the state have shattered the dreams of the people.
Addressing immense crowd in Gaya, he said that we are prepared to take a new start with step-to-step alongwith the people of Bihar. Prime Minister said that the Center is working with the state to change its fate and I came here to pray to bring a change in life of the people of Bihar. He said that I want to return the love and wonderful support from you with interest through development and for this, we need your full support and your blessings.
The Prime Minister expressed deep concern over the condition of the closed factories in Bihar and said that I recently laid the foundation of many projects but the rulers of the state intoxicated by the power didn’t pay any attention to these projects. He said that the same were ruling in Delhi but they never taken any effort for the development of the country and now they are teamed up today for the purpose of the private interests and ready to drawn the people of Bihar towards the ‘Jungle Raaj’ again.
Taunted on the opposition alliance in Bihar, he said that how long this alliance would run, there is a serious doubt in it. He said that I do not know who is ‘Bhujang Prasad’ and who is ‘Chandan Kumar’? The Prime Minister said that the Lalu-Nitish alliance is only for personal political gain and after the election, when they spit the poison then it would fall in the plates of the people of Bihar. Giving a warning to the people of Bihar, he said that those should not be given a chance to spew venom who consumed it.

Highlighting the faster growth rate in BJP-ruled states and receiving mandate regularly there, he said that Shivraj Chauhan government pulled out Madhya Pradesh and Vasundhara Raje government pulled out Rajasthan from the list of BIMARU states. Stating need of a committed government in Bihar, he said that we have to get out Bihar also from BIMARU states and you would have to help us for this and I promise you that our government will pulled out Bihar from the list of BIMARU states in only five years.
There is big potential for the tourism industry in Bihar
Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi expressed immense tourism potential in Bodh Gaya and Gaya. He said that the tourism will contribute unprecedentedly to the development of the state. He said that if Bodh Gaya developed as tourist center, poverty will not stay here, the youth would get employment and the lifestyle of the people in state will change. He sarcasmes on the vote bank politics and said that those who politicised even the blast in Bodh Gaya had not bothered of it. He told the people that we have to change the picture and Bodh Gaya need to be transformed as the pilgrimage destination in Asia. Similarly, there is a religious significance of Gya Ji also for ‘Pitri Tarpan’ and there is a need of class facilities there so that the tourism industry get an encouragement in Bihar.
There is a serious law and order issue in Bihar
Attacking on the serious law and order issue in Bihar, Shri Narendra Modi said that a BJP worker shot dead early in the morning in the state capital Patna then what if this is not the beginning of the ‘Jungle Raaj’. Describing the definition of the JD(U) and RJD alliance, he said that the direct meaning of RJD is ‘Rojana Jungle Raaj ka Dar and JD(U) means ‘Janta ka Daman aur Utpeedan’. He told the people that if this combined ‘Jungle Raaj’ Part-II returns again in Bihar, then all the efforts will be wasted.
Bihar has the lowest per capita electricity consumption
Taunting at the power promise not fulfilled by the Nitish government, the Prime Minister said that this government kept the people of Bihar in the dark. He said that Bihar has the lowest per capita electricity consumption. He said that per capita electricity consumption in Bihar is even lesser than some smaller states like Sikkim and Jharkhand. He warned the people that the government who kept you in the dark must not formulate the government again in Bihar. He said the people of the state did not have the power as it was promised by this government but if our NDA government come into the power of state, we will fulfill this promise.
Technical Education is in pitiable condition in Bihar
The Prime Minister expressed deep concern over the poor condition of technical education in Bihar and said that about 80 million students are between the ages of 17 to 20 in Bihar while there are only 20 thousand seats in engineering in the state. Even other smaller states of the country have more seats. Describing Bihar as the land of scholars and saints, he said the youth of Bihar must get good technical education and they should get a fair chance. He asked the people who is responsible for this pitiable condition of technical education in the state. He said will bring extensive improvements if the NDA come into the power in Bihar.
At the end of his speech, the Prime Minister appealed to the people to vote us for development, to vote us to get out from ‘Jungle Raaj’ and I assure you that I will ahead of you in your service; therefore, bring a wave of change in the form of development through heavy polling in Bihar.
