
Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu, MP and former National President of the BJP paid his last tributes to Shri K. Yerrannaidu, Leader of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), a 4-time M.L.A and a 4-time MP (11th, 12th, 13th and 14th Lok Sabha) and also a former Union Minister, who died in a car accident in the early hours of today at Ranasthalam in Srikakulam District of Andhra Pradesh

Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu, MP and former President of the Bharatiya Janata Party, who was in Bengaluru, rushed to Visakhapatnam and drove straight to Srikakulam to pay his last tributes to Shri K. Yerrannaidu who met with a car accident in the early hours of today (around 2.30 am) at Ranasthalam in Srikakulam District of Andhra Pradesh and died after being taken to Hospital.
Shri Venkaiah Naidu felt very sad over the tragic and untimely death of Shri Yerrannaidu. He said it was a great loss to the people of Andhra Pradesh and the non-Congress movement. Shri Venkaiah Naidu was accompanied by Shri Bandaru Dattatreya, former Union Minister and Shri K. Hari Babu of BJP, Andhra Pradesh.
Shri Venkaiah Naidu said that Shri Yerrannaidu was a dynamic and hardworking leader of the Telugu Desam Party. He was an able Minister and a good Parliamentarian. Shri Yarrannaidu used to play active role in non-Congress movement as Leader of the Telugu Desam Party and while he was in Parliament he used to take everybody along in that movement. He always used to be on the move and used to take up all important issues of the Telugu people. He was a straight forward and hardworking politician. In his death, the State of Andhra Pradesh, in particular, lost a dynamic and mass leader.
