Statement issued by Bharatiya Janata Party will launch an aggressive nationwide campaign to expose the misconduct and misdeeds of the Congress led UPA government at the center. The BJP will organize Vijay Sankalp rallies across the nation for the success of nationalist forces in the coming elections. A detailed strategy will be finalized at the forthcoming three-day national executive meeting at Bangalore commencing from 12th September to 14th September. More than 200 delegates including BJP national office bearers, national executive committee members, Chief Ministers and Deputy Chief Ministers of BJP and NDA ruled States, several special invitees, presidents of the respective state units, BJP Legislative Party leaders, and BJP Leaders in Legislative Councils, BJP zonal organizing secretaries, state organizing secretaries and senior Ministers will attend the National Executive meeting. BJP National President Sri Rajnath Singh will preside over the meetings and NDA Prime Ministerial Candidate and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Sri L K Advani will address the National Executive meeting. The Executive will elaborately discuss on ever-increasing inflation and prices of essential commodities, Political corruption unleashed by Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh and his cabinet colleagues during the recent Trust Vote in Parliament, internal security, fragile economy, sacrificing nation’s interests while signing Indo-US nuclear deal. The National Executive will also discuss and finalize strategy for the forthcoming assembly elections. As many as six states are going for poll in November – Madhya Pradesh. Rajasthan, Chattisgarh, Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir and Mizoram. The Congress party is trying to destabilize the Jharkhan government. Lok Sabha elections likely to take place either later this year or early next year. With a view to win all the coming assembly and Lok Sabha elections, the three-day Bangalore National Executive meeting will converse and prepare a blue print. The BJP has already initiated the process of identifying the prospective candidates for various Lok Sabha and assembly seats across the country. The senior leaders of the state units are holding discussions with the Central Election Committee on the names of prospective candidates of the party. Process of finalisation of the party nominees will start immediately after the National Executive Committee meeting. Sri L K Advani will address the “Vijay Sankalp Rally” on 13th September 2008 in Bangalore. Then onwards, Vijay Sankalp Rallies will be organized across the nation. More than 150 Vijay Sankalp Yatras will be organized all over the country. The details of Vijay Sankalp Yatras in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, West Bengal, Assam, Jharkhand will be finalized soon. Sri L K Advani and Sri Rajnath Singh will address these rallies. Apart from the election related issues, the National Executive will also discuss about the socio-politico-geographical situation after the new delimitation process, prospects of alliances in various states and better co-ordination with the allied parties.
