Condolence Message by BJP National President Shri Rajnath Singh

I am deeply saddened to learn about the tragic death of almost 100 pilgrims who lost their lives in a stampede at the Naina Devi temple in Himachal Pradesh's Bilaspur district today. I convey my deep felt condolences to the family members of all those who have lost their lives or have been injured in the incident.

I have also spoken to the Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Shri Prem Kumar Dhumal who has assured me that the state government will take all necessary steps assuage the suffering of all those who have been affected.
